Building better cryptography.

Extorque was founded on the idea that cryptographers and developers should stand closer together; they should both fit into the cryptographic picture. By doing so, the end product will reap the dividends of what happens as a result of good cryptographic design, from design to deployment.

In order to make this happen, we don't wait for developers to come to us - we go to them. Through developer-oriented lectures and publications, we instill the philosophies that will form their know-how and write the papers they'll call their go-to. We're cryptographic educators, if you will.

Being the crypto-zealots that we are, we sport a forte in: Securing information is an ever-evolving, forward-moving beast, so we have no choice but to be the same. However, the state of security is going backwards. We'll be gripping the lectern until our fingers go numb and evangelizing until our vocal chords give out, LaTeXing our carpal tunnels into oblivion, and buiding IND-CCA2 /\ INT-CTXT secure generic compositions until the cows come home - whatever it takes - to turn this thing around.
